Science Night 2018

 

STEDWICK PTA SCIENCE FAIR NIGHT

FRIDAY MARCH 16th 2018, 7-9pm

Come join us for a night of family fun and hands-on scientific demonstrations and experiments!

PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILDREN TO THIS ENTIRE EVENT.

INFORMATION ABOUT (OPTIONAL) SCIENCE FAIR PROJECTS

OPTION #1 - Project: Students may choose to complete a simple science experiment or project (for examples see the Stedwick PTA’s website: http://www.stedwickpta.org)

OPTION #2 - Research: Students may research the answer to a science question (example: Why is the sky blue?)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Students can work alone, with friend(s), or with family member(s) on a science experiment.  However, this project must be completed outside of school.

2. Students must submit this ENTRY FORM no later than Friday, March 2nd 2018.

3. Present your research, what you learned from your project, and/or answer the scientific question you chose on a full size poster or tri-board (available at the Dollar Tree and Michaels)

4. Bring your poster (ONLY!) to the Science Fair Night to display so others can see your work.  Please do not bring any experiment demonstrations or items.
